"Everything was average, Nothing special, nothing disasterous...Just kind of forgetable. The property is huge yet the landscaping is sparce and has no imagination. The HUGE parking lot area is the visual focal point of the resort & of ALL your trips back and forth to the pool, the restaurant, the casitas etc, and the parking lot is just as hot & ugly as any other industrial or office complex parking area. If that's not creatively hidden or blended into the overall asthetic design of the resort then the feeling travelers are left with will remain the same...Megh!"

"This property is currently under construction. There was construction noise pretty much all day, which started early in the morning. The area where you walk to the rooms was dimly lit at night. I didn”t feel comfortable walking through the outdoor maze of hallways to get to my room in the dark. My room was still dirty even after being cleaned. The staff was pleasant and helpful (my door would not close properly and they were quick to address it). I would not stay here again."

"I booked a room on the first floor & it was conveniently located to the swimming pool. I liked the convenience of being able to walk back & forth to swim. Our room had a view of the pool and the lake. On Friday they had pool service for food & drinks. The restaurant bar & patio was next to the pool which was perfect for me due to my limited mobility. The menu has a nice variety. I enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner. Excellent food & Drinks. The chairs on the patio are very comfortable. “Terry” our waiter & server was fabulous. He’s on top of his game! Personable & Creative with cocktails. Delicious "
