"This hotel has great staff! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from RPI and the hotel decorates their lobby for their graduation. Staff members like Hunter and the wonderful female bartender (who suggested the honey hot wings with green goddess sauce) went above and beyond during our stay. "First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

Breakfast consisted of home made waffles, eggs, potatoes, 3 cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, bagels, bread good sort of condiments. Breakfast hours: 6-9 M-F. 7-10 S-S. Landscape and parameter could use some TLC for cleaning. Nice small pool. Exercise equipment. Small food choices if you need a quick snack. I would stay here again. Quite area. Only...

"Everything was good just the bathroom door kept sliding across the floor and the tv network had issues later in the night probably due to the heavy winds and rain but overall very clean space. My favorite hotel and I will return."
