"Location and look of hotel were super. Dinner was excellent on each night of my stay, staff friendly and helpful, bed linen and towels spotless. However, the room and bathroom felt a little uncared for. I had to make my bed each day and neither the room or bathroom were cleaned during my 3 night stay, ditto china cups for tea/coffee. Only knew staff training when I had got ready and gone down to a notice on the door to enter. Times of pools opening times did not match online to inside times, so never got to visit."
