"We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. "Booked a couple months prior and they did upgrade us to a suite, which was awesome. Convenient location. Showed up earlier than expected at 1:30pm. Room was not ready. There were at least 10 other rooms people were waiting for, none were cleaned and ready for guests. We didn't get a room until 2:45. We understand that check in is officially at 3pm. But they should be more accommodating for flights. They obviously do not do any early check ins. So many people came after us waiting for their rooms...
