"The lobby smells GREAT, especially by the elevators. This was my second time staying here. I asked the front desk to change a $20 bill so I could give a tip to the housekeeping staff, and they said they didn’t have change (nor did the restaurant)! I’ve never heard of that. I felt terrible to not give the housekeepers a tip (they deserve it and work hard). Bed is comfortable, pillows are great, shower is good too (and toilets have jet-flush)."

"The staff was great, helpful & friendly.
The issue I had is that the room felt damp. It didn’t really have a mold smell, but was definitely like a stale damp smell.
I was on the 3rd floor and noticed that the ceiling was patched up in several spots with what looked like putty and then painted over. The rug was tattered and dirty in spots.
The hotel definitely needs to be refreshed and upgraded and please look into the damp smell and feel to the room. I heard an older guest mention he didn’t...
