The property is more of a holiday park than a hotel.Completely self-catering.No cleaning or change of sheets, no shopping facilities within walking distance as the park is hard to find and a bit out of the way. Expected to clean up at the end of the stay to receive back the deposit.The actual apartment was OK but small and had some cleanliness issues. We liked the pool, and the staff were helpful.

Very dissapointed

The property is not even close to the images. The area looks not nice, not lifted. They left us instructions and poorly written map, which was difficult to understand. The air condition in the room is super smelly, i har an allergy after spending the night at this place. No restaurant working, nothing.

It was an okay stay overall. I had read the reviews beforehand, so my expectations were already adjusted. That said, I really don’t think this should be rated as a 4-star property—it sets an expectation the experience doesn’t live up to. The biggest challenge was finding our room. It took two of us, our driver, and even the security guard at the gate to locate it. If we had arrived after dark, it would have been very difficult. Our key was left in a lockbox in an envelope with our name on it. We had been told it was inside the building, but it was actually outside—and there were multiple envelopes, so it’s very much a trust system. The front desk was closed when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon, which was surprising. On the positive side, the room was clean and well air-conditioned, and the pool area was lovely—quiet and well maintained. However, we did have to put on our own sheets and duvet cover, which again calls the 4-star rating into question. There’s a great buffet at the hotel next door—good quality and very affordable. Just a note: the walkway to our room was broken in places and could be problematic for anyone with accessibility needs. There were also many gravel paths throughout the property. All in all, fine for what it is—but best to know what you’re getting into

Insgesamt okay. Früherer Check-in möglich, kostete aber 15€ extra und bei Ankunft mussten wir erstmal saugen, da der ganze Boden verdreckt war. Der Abfluss roch unangenehm und auf den Toiletten war sehr wenig Platz. Die Wege zum Appartment waren verwuchert und holprig. Gut war die funktionierende Klimaanlage, Betten waren auch ok, kleine sonnige Terrasse mit Wäscheständer und die Kommunikation vor Ort. Die Küche war zwar ausreichend eingerichtet, aber es waren keine Spülutensilien vorhanden (Spülmittel, Lappen, Geschirrtuch). Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung war inklusive.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Bon confort. Personnel sympathique. Problème avec le wifi qui se déconnectait Sans cesse. Village vacances qui nécessite de prendre à chaque fois la voiture. Rien faisable à pied.

Résidence con mini appartamenti e piscina comune. Silenzioso, immerso nella natura, a 10 minuti di macchina da Arles. Si può migliorare la comunicazione delle informazioni da parte della reception che oltretutto è chiusa il mercoledì e la domenica. All’interno del villaggio c’è un ristorante a buffet anche per la colazione ma è a pagamento e a volte non si trova posto. Nel complesso una buona soluzione.

Service client inexistant. C'est grâce à une cliente de l'hôtel que nous avons pu récupérer les clefs de la chambre. Personne ne nous avait envoyé un mail, ni un sms avec le code du coffre. De plus, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois le numéro d'urgence : personne n'a décroché ni nous a rappelé. Grâce à Louise, réceptionniste, nous avons appris que nous étions responsable de ses manquements à elle!!!. Et, évidemment, non seulement elle ne s'est pas excusée mais en plus, elle a fui ses responsabilités, le tout en nous accablant. Bref, nous demandons le remboursement. Un tel non sens du service au client est inacceptable.

Trop de remontées d égout avons dû demander de changer d hébergement ce qui a été fait mais le nouveau avait également des remontées. Désagréable pour dormir Le logement très propre. Pas d acceuil pour remettre les clefs avons dû téléphoner et laisser la clefs dans une boîte aux lettres.
