"Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. Worth a stay and visit to ARLES and ST REMY. Just be sure to have good directions to find the Havre de Paix, Excellent breakfast served with fruit, cheese, cut meats, cereal, coffee, juices, and great french breads a pastries."

"We had a top floor room that had a good view of the roof tops. The room and bed were excellent and the bathroom was roomy and modern. A square with restaurants and shops was 50 yards away. The only issue during the stay was we had no help carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs."

"The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. The hotel was eco friendly with interesting decor - there were nice touches such as homemade yogurt, juices, granola , soap etc We would definitely stay there again. "
