"Help was great"

"We decided to check out the area based on recommendations of family that come to Eureka Springs often. I’m super picky and usually prefer to stay at higher end hotels but I loved the look of this room and I am a sucker for places trying to bring something old back to life. My husband was surprised when we pulled up and said there was no way the place was up to my standards until we went into our room. "Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner. "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing I wish was better options for the continental breakfast. All sweet options but nothing savory. Not sure if that was because it was a weekday or if that's just what is always offered."

"Clean and comfortable. Pleasant surprise. No lobby so check in was at a window outside but not inconvenient. Check in was fast and friendly. Cannot prepay for the room which is a little inconvenient. Booked another stay here for work next week. "
