"Extremely close to the bath house, valet parking is 30 a day and is staffed 24 hours a day. The renovated rooms are charming and vintage, the historic (non renovated) rooms are very vintage and a bit worse for wear, but they’re working on the whole thing! The mineral water rooms are amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we were upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor overlooking the entrance, breakfast is $10-30 per person if no buffet is available, the buffet is 15 per person....

"Staff was wonderful easy check in and checking out was perfect. Air conditioning was good and very refreshing. The gym was clean and looked very comfortable for those who were exploring the gym they also had a pool by the gym. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable will stay there when we go back to conway."

"I was disappointed in the National Park. My grandson loved the tower and the view of the mountains however. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. Loved the spacious bathroom and the shower was so nice and the convenience of shower gel and shampoo. The hot breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place "
