"When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. "We stayed in 301 deluxe rm. I believed was downstairs. We had to carry everything up very steep stairs. She said she'd put us downstairs but there wasn't anything available. The code was on the dark low doorknob. My husband had to kneel with his light phone to do it. Above hall lights there were nests of bugs! No waste basket in the room. When the tiny basket in the bathroom was full, I had to get a trash bag from the nice lady at the bar. The worst was that the floor was so crooked it...
