"an amazing place for the family, property is amazing, very comfortable and cozy with a lot of spaces to hang around, food is awesome and the service is excellent, from the bell boys to the concierge and everyone at the restaurant and bar, views of Beagle channel are amazing and you have more than enough snow for a giant snowman."

The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer. "

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"

Expedia Gold members get $28 off at the spa, which is the exact price of a one hour full body deep tissue massage - the deal of the century in my opinion. Not to be missed. "
