"This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. They had no interest in solving this issue for me and kept waving me off, telling me to take care of it myself later on. They even had cribs made up for our babies ready when we arrived which was the biggest blessing to us after a long day of driving. "The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily."
