"House keeping and other staff were efficient, food at Bridgeman was wonderful, bar service and drinks at the lobby bar were great. Downside was that the lack of some amenities with the “lesser rooms” furnished through Expedia and probably other third party vendors are not worth the price difference to me."

"The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back."

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Courtyard in downtown Chattanooga. It was so convenient to so many things. It looks like it has been recently renovated so that was nice. Everything was very clean. Would recommend to anyone going to Chattanooga."

"My boyfriend and I came from atlanta for a day/night getaway. We arrived right at 3pm to make the most of our time and was told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 min but they will call me when it’s ready. We went to go eat at the restaurant in the hotel (which was pretty good!), and ended up just sitting and waiting hoping for a call. At 4:15 we went back to check and they said it was ready but they had no phone number to call us- I wish they would’ve emailed or thought to...

"Great place for families. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful, and the location is right across from the kids' museum and right down the street from the aquarium. Good breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff here is amazing and beyond helpful. When the A/C was making a loud noise, they graciously moved us to another room. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. Convenient location for highway access."
