"Great short stay at The Gibson! Claire at the front desk gave us so many recommendations on things to do. Were welcomed with a wine and beer and the warm cookies were the icing on top. Other hotels could take notes on how much the staff went above and beyond!"

"The only complaint I have is I stated I did not need housekeeping, I even left a do not disturb sign on my doorway and they came into my room anyway."

"We had an amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was exceptional , the continental breakfast was fantastic, the bed in the sheets were so cozy and welcoming to a tired traveler. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer, we will definitely be back and look forward to exploring the city a bit more and enjoying the amazing hotel."

"It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all"

"nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!"

"Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain."

"Excellent inn. Wet comfortable room. Bed was the best so far on our trip. Great breakfast!! Only complaint is the hot tub. Looked dirty. Pool look clean."

"The hotel and room itself was decent. I do believe our room may not have fully been cleaned prior to our stay. We checked in very late at night and when we went to shower there was only one towel in a room that slept four and the shower had a used bar of soap and the wrapper wedged in the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. If it hadn’t been after 1:00am we likely would have called down but at the point it was realized it was too late."

"Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction."

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."

"Oh my God this was the worst, could not lock the inside, and check out is at 11. I was taking a shower and one guy walked into my room and began taking my stuff. I heard the commotion and was getting dressed when he and some other man barraged into my room!!!! It wasn't even 10 yet!!!!! The police were called but obviously my stuff was not returned. Moneys gonna my valuables are gone. I'm so not Happy because usually this doesn't happen but wow"
