I love this quaint hotel in downtown Great Falls. It's quiet and the beds are so comfortable it's hard to get up. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the location is perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. You get a pass for a free drink at the bar across the street, complementary cookies and milk, and breakfast served to your room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Staff were incredibly accommodating. Followed us to airport to return rental car late at night and took us back for an early morning flight the next morning.
Best bed of our whole trip! We had no compliants.

I really liked the decor of the rooms. At the front desk, Eli was a rock star. Very personable and helpful and a delight to talk with. The only negative I have is they need a dedicated commercial ice machine.

The Gibson hotel staff are incredible, the property is cozy and very well decorated, comfortable, and well cared for. Plentiful parking and they have fantastic food, plenty of snacks, and free cookies. Will be booking again in the future.

Parking lot is easy to find and maneuver, checking in and out was simple and quick. The breakfast was confusing, it was not explained to us upon arrival and we found out on day two of our trip that you are supposed to order it with staff. That would have been something I wish we were informed about so that we could have made use of that amenity. The room was clean and very cute. I really enjoyed the vibe and overall cleanliness. The staff overall was very friendly but I just wish they would have explained more to us about the things they offered and how things operated.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast delivered to the room was a treat.

Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Great location downtown. A few hiccups checking in with Expedia but remedied quickly. Their beer/wine on arrival was not working (I had read about it) but they offered drink vouchers for next door which was very nice. Very comfortable and large rooms, well equipped. This is a little gem.

We usually stay at O’hare which is a very old but vintage property. The Gibson is our new go to. The property has been renovated with a modern but ecliptic and clean style. The staff was top notch. We were served either a red wine or a local brew upon check in. You also order breakfast at check in with a delivery time the next morning. You can order hot cookies and milk to be delivered for a snack. We had a king room that was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the room. All amenities that you could possibly need such as iron & board, safe, desk, table & chairs for two, an upholstered chair, plenty of pillows, hair dryer, and Paul Mitchell hair goods.
