"This is an awesome place to stay! I booked a bigger room because I am limping. The room did not disappoint me.! A lot of space to walk around, bed ( king size) is clean and comfortable! 2 choices of pillow- soft and firm. Bathroom is very spacious- complete in amenities. Breakfast is a blast! Lots of choices from omelets, pancake, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and loaf bread. Staff is very helpful and pleasant! Special shoutout to Cassandra- front desk staff- she is very delightful to talk...

"Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground."

"It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels. "

"Checkin was good and the property in about a mile from Costco and there is a Total Wine & More even closer. Parking is free and there are a few places to eat in walking distance. The staff was friendly and eventually accommodating. I say that because we were put in a room underneath people who stomped non-stop. It took us about 30 mins to realize the noise wouldn't stop. We reported this to the front desk and the response was we will tell them to cool it down. Needless to say the noise...
