"The cottage is in such a beautiful setting, there’s a bluebell meadow right outside the back door. There’s also a great dog field just a few minutes walk from the door. Very handy to give the dog a run around after a long drive! The cottage is very clean and tidy inside and very cosy. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the log burner as the weather was too nice - not something to complain about though I suppose! We will definitely look to come back in the near future. "

"Room was absolutely massive and bed was super comfy. Only downside we had was that the hot water took forever to get to a decent temperature and it wasn’t really all that warm but just had to go for it really so probably take a mark off for that. "What a view from the panorama windows in the restaurant! We had a lovely meal and the food was impressive. Enjoying the view during our meal and the green surroundings outside of the the hotel. It was so idyllic. The building is old, but the rooms are still clean and comfortable. I will definitely return!"
