"Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building. "

Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "

"We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Our bedroom in the attic was gorgeous with an extra large, divinely comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, hot drinks facilities, a small fridge, hair dryer and soap/shower gel.
