Breakfast buffet was amazing. Amazing staff . Receptionist very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole hotel is immaculately clean , rooms bright airy and modern , lovely bathroom. Easy access anywhere to surrounding bars & tapas.. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Location

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the marina, beach and old town just below the castle. Can be a little noisy late at night but that’s expected in a city.

Excellent location. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious and well organised. Couldn't fault the room. The roof top terrace would be an excellent location to chill after eating out in the evening

Nice hotel in city center

If you’re not affraid of noise in the streets until late in the vebing (also with windows closed) and you like a firm bed, then th s is a great hotel. Location superb, very nice staff and good breakfast

The Hotel was fantastic, right in the Town Hall Plaza. Central for everything. All the staff were happy and helpful. The room was excellent too, we were overlooking the plaza and had a balcony. Breakfast was really good. Both requests made at the time of booking were met. Would definitely recommend.

I was really surprised of what a nice hotel it was and the service was so amazing. The view was to the castle and the hotel so central. When I booked the room, I didn't noticed that i ess a 4 star-hotel so i was really hapoy when I arrived. I truly recommend it. I only stayed for one night but if I ever go back, I will definitively go back!

Location was great and staff was excellent. Marvelous rooftop bar. Breakfast was expensive but there are many options nearby. Only issue was that there are two small elevators and one was not working on two of the days. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and directed us to the service elevator but there were still lineups. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms had renovated. The bathroom was spectacular. The hotel is situated on a big square, very close to the beach and also for strolling and shopping. I’d recommend Eurostars in Alicante to anyone.

It’s a clean hotel located conveniently in the old city of Alicante. But, their towels were old and beaten up. They charge €3 for a paper-packaged water with the hotel name on it in the fridge. That kind of water is usually free in any hotels I know. But, what can we expect? It’s a cheap hotel, trying to maximize revenue… Get better and cheaper brand name water from Carrefour across the plaza.
