"From the moment of arrival stepping onto this gorgeous porch, to the moment of departure after a phenomenal weekend stay, my time at The Neighbour House was so relaxing with genuine warmth and kindness from the owners, delicious and varied choices for breakfast/coffee/teas and home-baked muffins, spacious old world beautiful lounging rooms, tv, wifi, Netflix etc...but the peace and tranquility were second to non. I slept my best sleep in a very long time!!! I'll be back for sure!!!"

"The property was beautiful with plenty of “self parking” pretty close to the hotel. The front desk staff was nice and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. "Good location. Mid point of my trip to Boston. Clean room, bathroom sunrises well provided, more than enough towels. Only drawback being the entrance to the hotel which, unless I missed something, is only accessible from one direction. I was approaching from the other dire it. Twice :)"

Please note: I had trouble going down to the lobby in the morning due to four factors: [1] the elevators are very slow, [2] one of the few elevators was out of service, [3] there were a large number of construction workers filling the elevators, so the wait for a useable elevator was 10 to 15 minutes (and I had a plane to catch), [4] the stairs do not go the the lobby; they’re only for emergency exit (I tried, and had to climb...

"I went for a weekend with my husband. The owner greeted us at the door and showed us around. Her place is cozy and well-maintained. She bakes cookies and other delicious treats for her guests and prepares breakfast herself. We plan to return when the weather is warmer."
