Hotel berdekatan Arboretum Taman Washington

"The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!"

"Great hotel! Would stay again."

"Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room"

"In the U District, very near the metro station, literally across the street. Room very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces."

"It’s no frills but clean and very comfortable and in a great location."

"Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room."

"Great studio apartment-like room with a outdoor balcony, living room area, dining table, and kitchen complete with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, as well as pots, pans, plates, utencils--just about everything you'd need for a long-term stay. Breakfast was top notch, staff were all friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well-maintained. It was also very quiet; some outside street noise as you'd expect, but no noise whatsoever from the neighboring rooms above and...

"Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again."

"I will book again "

"Great location and close to Downtown, we got alot of walking in during our stay and the place was great for the price! Lots of options in the neighborhood for food and drink. Only blemish is parking, but we found a nearby parking for a very reasonable price."

"Clean Kind/helpful owner"

"Convenient for attending a UW Football game, However, the cleanliness was not great. Window shades were broken, limited kitchen utensils, no fitted sheets on the beds and shower door wouldn’t close.. We got lucky with finding a parking spot."
