"The rooms were spacious, the city views were beautiful, bathrooms were nice. Breakfast had good options, staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. Centrally located, very pleased with our stay, and we'd stay here again."

"There’s a very handy coffee/food store that stays open late in case you get in after everything else is closed. The staff was fantastically helpful and kind. Rooms are remodeled and very nice, clean and comfortable. The fitness center is large and filled with sufficient equipment. My only complaint is that the body lotion provided will not come out of the container; otherwise, this was a 5 star experience all the way!"

"This was a wonderful overnight stay in order to take in seeing Phantom of the appears just up the street at the Paramount Theatre. Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! "Staff was courteous and professional, especially the housekeepers. We had a corner suite which was very roomy and comfortable but some signs of wear and tear. Great location right next to Convention Center. Biggest gripe is only one of the two elevators was working, with no service elevator. So that could be the most heavily used elevator in the state of Washington, and the wait to go up/down could be extensive."

"Honestly, the hotel is just okay. The staff was friendly, and location is convenient. Our room was at street level, and we had no privacy. We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. There were huge thuds and bumps all night. Extremely annoying. I also found the beds to be too soft for my liking. And Four Point- what's up with the penny pinching?
