Me colocaram no quarto 102, acho que era o quarto que as cozinheiras dormiam, só cheiro de fritura e o ar acho que já estava encharcado nem vento saia mais. Péssimo. Não recomendo .

Confortável e agradável

O hotel é antigo mas o quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. A localização é um pouco distante do centro mas indo de carro é tranquilo.o cafe da manhã é bom e variado.

Es bastante cómodo pero no tiene ascensor y un poco pequeño. La ventaja es que es muy cerca al aeropuerto y la limpieza es excelente

A estadia foi boa. Eu me espantei com latidos de cachorro no café da manhã, pois parecia que o animal estava dentro do salão de café do hotel e estava em um quarto muito próximo do salão. Não sabia que era permitido animais dentro do hotel. Respeito mas não tenho intenção de voltar lá por isso.

Experiência bem ruim. Quartos velhos, roupas de cama encardidas e amareladas. Banheiro muito sujo, em especial o banheiro, horrível. Além de tudo, tive que tomar banho frio no primeiro dia, pois o chuveiro estava quebrado. Péssima experiência.

Troca urgente do colchão

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 103, térreo. O colchão precisa urgentemente ser trocado, pois está todo deformado. As molas estão todas deformadas, a cama tem um caroço no meio dela. Dormi todo torto, e com isso, acordei quebrado, cansado.

No primeiro quarto que fiquei o Wi-Fi não pegava. Parece que tem 1 modem pro hotel inteiro. Depois que pedi me trocaram de quarto e o quarto estava cheio de baratas. Pedi para trocar e o rapaz da recepção me disse que não tinha mais quartos e me recomendou apenas a fechar o ralo do banheiro, nem mesmo para limpar o quarto. Além disso, esse quarto o ralo do box estava entupido então ia água para o banheiro inteiro. Assim, no outro dia me trocaram de quarto e era um pouco melhor. Mas o ar-condicionado deles tem um problema de condensação e gera gelo e cai de noite na cama. Além disso, deixei umas fotos do forro da cama e do travesseiro como estavam sujos.

Precisa melhor...e muito!

Talvez a falta de opções na cidade e a demanda crescente justifique um hotel ser tão relapso quanto ao atendimento, limpeza e condições do quarto. Gostaria de sugerir à Gerência munir seu pessoal com aspirador de pó, pois meu quarto tinha muito, eu disse muito, cabelo de outras pessoas no piso e abaixo da cama, mofo no teto e no box do banheiro e até formigas o meu quarto tinha. Aí fui reclamar e pedir pra trocar de quarto e não havia disponibilidade pois o hotel, segundo eles, estava cheio. Aliais faltou simpatia e proatividade no pessoal da recepção. Deixei um bilhete para a camareira pedindo se poderia melhorar a limpeza para o dia seguinte e de fato ocorreu, mas não acho que isso deve ocorrer num hotel que nem é tão barato. O café da manhã era ok e a internet e academia eram muito ruins. Resumindo, não é um hotel que merece o 8.2 do hotéis.com. Precisa melhor muito!
