Great location! Staff is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The entertainment area outside is great. It has different areas that accommodate all ages group. The pools are beautiful.

This hotel is one of the nicest in the areas but it still looks like it was slapped together by construction workers who didn't care about quality at all. The chlorine in the pool is so outrageous it makes my eyes burn just standing in the pool. The breakfast here is also seriously lacking, it seems like they make up the trays once every couple days and there's always something that tastes old, or stale, or off. They water down the juices way too much to the point where there is almost no flavor. I stayed in Sao Paulo for a week before I came here and the breakfasts there were phenomenal compared to the one here. They have two elevators in the lobby, which is not air conditioned, that make extremely loud dinging noises every time they get to a floor. I could hear the dinging loudest day in my room and it started to drive me crazy. When I asked to change rooms they said that all of them were full. Later that night my shower door shattered because it was not made of tempered glass, and then the magically had a room open for me at the end of the hall away from the elevators. If I stay in aracaju again I'll pay the extra $20 a night for a nicer hotel. If you're just looking for a place to crash with some grub in the morning that you can eat for breakfast then this is a good place. If you're looking to stay here as a part of a vacation with some luxury, look elsewhere.

Só uma única coisa, no dia 04/12 a gerência pediu pra fechar a piscina pra manutenção, manutenção no horário que os hóspedes pode usar é pra acabar com a estadia, a próxima manutenção faz as noite, vamos ter o bom senso, eu paguei ninguém me deu de graça a estadia, mais respeito com o cliente.

Boa estadia

Estadia boa e dentro do esperado. Bom café da manhã, boa área de lazer, quarto amplo com ótimo chuveiro e estacionamento também amplo. Bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes. Restaurante do hotel com ótimo hambúrguer. Recomendo a estadia. Iria voltar para o hotel após passeio de canyons, porém não tinha disponibilidade.

O hotel vai de BOM para EXCELENTE. Ponto alto, os funcionários, são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã, quase excelente. O restante possui uma comida saborosíssima. Vale bastante reservar uma noite para jantar.

Excelente localização

Hotel muito bem localizado, com excelente café da manhã, academia organizada, cama confortável e bom chuveiro. O ponto negativo foi a cobrança de uma gorjeta de 10% no checkout, que nunca tinha pago em nenhum outro hotel, um tanto anormal. Isso achei desconfortável e deselegante, afinal, já pagamos gorjetas no frigobar e nas refeições, além dos demais serviços. Recomendo o hotel para estadias em Aracaju.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto da feira de artesanato e de muitos restaurantes. O espaço de lazer é muito bonito, tem uma piscina convidativa. Porém, está precisando de uma reforma urgente. Os chuveiros e duchas higiênicas estão precisando ser trocados. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha trava de segurança. Precisam colocar janelas anti-ruidos, pois há muito barulho externo. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição é lenta. No geral, o hotel é espaçoso tem bom atendimento e voltaremos outras vezes.
