"We loved this apartment in Haro! It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. From the train station it’s about a 20 minute walk, with some uphills. Check-in was straight forward if you follow the preregistration guidelines. We stayed in a Limehouse just prior to Haro and love their setup, they think of everything. "We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. "This property was a typical Limehome experience--efficient check-in, self-service. Parked down the hill in the municipal lot. Room was clean, kitchen functional, and stove and oven worked well."

"Nice hotel but with its ups and downs. Staff were super helpful and excellent spoke really good English polite and approachable even in the var area the young man working is fantastic. Regarding the rooms especially on the 4th floor need a bit of upgrade the air conditioning is old so makes a lot of noise and even putting it on the lowest setting makes a rattling noise and also the air conditioner is not enough to cool the place down. The pillows were super uncomfortable but that my be my own preferences and last the floor towel for the shower was already dirty when I arrived. An okay hotel but not to Great for a 4 star"

"I cannot recommend this hotel. Staff is not welcoming. Our room overlooked a ramshackled building in the back. I went and complained about the view and was offered a different room, but was told to basically expect that because we had after all booked a “standard room, and through Hotels.com”. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, so not many guests, but I was also told that because I only booked for 1 night, the other rooms were reserved for guests that were arriving the next day who had booked for 2 nights. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee. Our room had no closet to speak off (concrete cubby with 5 hangers). There was not enough light, (they had to come and replace one or the 5 miniature halogeen lamps). Breakfast was included and we were the first to arrive in the morning. We were told to sit at any table we wanted, but then were quickly told that we could only use a table without glasses on them. So we moved. Weird! Cups for your coffee had no saucers, so you put them directly on your tablecloth. I could go on, but whoever reads this will quickly understand that this is an overrated hotel without proper hospitality. I asked for a bill/reciept on departure, but was told that they couldn’t give one (even though they asked for my credit card on arrival) because I had after all pre-paid through Hotels.com. So why did they need a credit card? I left with a dismissed feeling."

"Nice hotel for a one night stop. Spacious room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Tasty complementary breakfast, limited but nice, There’s a restaurant directly across the road which is convenient if you want a few drinks or dinner as there’s not much else around."
