We chose this hotel after it was mentioned in a UK paper travel supplement. It did not disappoint Spacious and well equipped room with some kitchen facilities. Great views and seating area on the rooftop. Great central location

Super modern apt with fantastic views.

Amazing apartment with lovely rooftop overlooking the city. Very modern withgood fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee machine and anything else you would need. Nice bars nearby and a pleasant walk into the main part of the city. Vitoria is beautiful and well worth a visit.

The staff are really excellent. Friendly and helpful. The issue is heat. To try to cool down the apartment to a tolerable level for sleep, you have to open the window to shut off the heat. There is no cooling. With the window open? Noise. Trains. People in the square shouting at all hours. I can't recommend.

A good alternative to a hotel

A good find. Functional, convenient, modern accommodation in a good location. Unfortunately we had trouble finding it and ended up driving around the city a couple of times. Once located, we used the car park at the Iradier Arena.

Fantastic hotel, only the beds in the two bedroom apartment are below all standards. Very small, shaky, uncomfortable beds. Truly impossible to sleep with 2 persons. Beds in other rooms are fine to good.

I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!

Great, new, furnished apartment

My only concern was how few reviews there were -- it almost seemed too good to be true. But it is just really new and well set up. It was like a nice, new, furnished apartment. I was quite impressed when I walked in the room, looked through the cupboards and fridge, and the nice bathroom. The laundry app was a little quirky for a non-Spanish speaker (and my wifi didn't work in the basement) but the reception clerk was super helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located to the train station and university and the city. The rooftop patio, work desks, and laundry make this a great place to stay for a short or long visit.

Apartment style hotel. Good sized, comfortable rooms. We did not cook but the unit had a cook top and seemed to have all the cooking supplies you'd need. If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. There's a laundry facility that you pay via and app that was much appreciated and the machines worked well. The hotel has onsite parking with a typically tight Spanish parking garage. There is a public lot literally next door so I would compare prices before deciding where to go. There are quite a few cafe, restaurants, and some takeaways nearby but it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the old city, which is very nice and has all kinds of dining options. The tram also runs with a few blocks of the hotel if you need to go farther afield. We would stay here again.

Un hôte étape très sympa

Notre court séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était très sympa et bien décoré. Petit kit de nettoyage bien pratique. Il manquerait un ou deux saladiers, sinon il y a ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner rapidement. La piscine est sympa avec vue superbe, mais plutôt petite, moins grandiose que sur les photos. Il faudrait que les utilisateurs se douchent pour enlever leur crème solaire avant de se baigner ! Des transats en plus seraient appréciés. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre.
