"Check in was a breeze, and the staff were more than understanding with a family emergency we had going on. Abbie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean. The beds were soft and i was comfortable, but some in my party prefered the harder couch. "They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up."

"The building felt old and there were things that were broken. The elevators felt old and had broken buttons. The room was ok. It was adequate for one night, but wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal."

"We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek for a volleyball tournament for the weekend. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was a great room. The morning breakfast was perfect to get something and head out. They have 2 amazing patios to hang out at as well as the location was right across the street from the Mall and many other places. We will stay here again next year. It was a hit with the families."
