"My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. "

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "

"This is a super unique Property. Awesome Italian feel and looks. Very comfy rooms and bed. Suites have a living room, separate bedroom, large room with stand alone tub, and a spacious toilet room with shower. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. The only negative is the small choice of available food for lunch and dinner. The dinner menu is small and its the same every day. I wish they had a place to get some pizza and pasta. "La tenuta Mandia è uno spettacolo per gli occhi e per la mente. Abbiamo passato lì solo una notte, ma se avessimo potuto avremmo passato lì tutta la settimana per partecipare a tutte le attività che offrono. Il posto è meraviglioso, ci si trova persi nel verde e non c'è nulla di piu rilassante, Mariangela poi è una dolcezza di persona e sarà ben felice di spiegare tutte le attività e la storia dela struttura. Posto perfettonper tutti gli amanti della natura. Super consigliato "

"Fantastic unique property, great views. Real mix of old and new. Very very quiet and nice to just slow a bit. Rocchina is a great host and really looked after us well, served us an appetiser and breakfast on our balcony as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Rocchina! This place is a little sanctuary off of the beaten track. We had a really good night sleep in the cave rooms. "

"If you plan to visit the ancient ruins at Paestum, then this hotel is the place to stay. We visited in week 41 - and enjoyed listening to the sound of the sea through the open door to the nice balcony, which had amazing view over Salerno bay with the Amalfi coast and Capri on the horizon. Great breakfast and dinner served by helpful and friendly staff. "

"La struttura è stata facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada, è molto grande e ben curata. La stanza spaziosa mi è piaciuta tanto, soprattutto il fatto di avere la camera da letto separata dall'ingresso in cui c'erano gli altri 2 letti e anche un comodo e spazioso divano in aggiunta. Il tetto molto carino a mò di dipinto antico con tanto di crepe (solamente disegnate ovviamente). La pulizia impeccabile. Il bagno grande e comodo, c'era anche uno sgabello, utile per i bimbi. L'unica pecca la doccia...
