"Poorly maintained hotel. For example, they gave us a couple of towels with holes and when we requested new ones, they said that they’re waiting for more towels. The day after, they did exactly the same. The room was nice but also felt old due to maintenance and it was really dark. Bed was awesome and the room size is quite big. Location is excellent. In summary, hotel is ok, but with more maintenance it could be better."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."

"The Deluxe Pool room was large and clean (our attendant was great) and the shower was really good. The AC only worked when you had the key in the slot (to turn on the electricity), so it would warm up when you were out, but cooled down fairly quickly. The pools were nice and the water was clean. "

"We stayed here twice, the first 2 night stay was great, this one night stay not as good. I've already reviewed our first stay and everything was great. This time it was down to the room which was in need of a bit of updating, but the worst thing was it's proximity to the sewerage system. We were only staying one night with a very early start to go to the airport. The room smelled 'drainy' when we walked in which the housekeeping staff had tried to mask with a room spray. the balcony which overlooked the pool didn't smell, but the wafts from outside the door side were awful. We should have asked to change room, but I hadn't booked this last night until fairly late on and I think the hotel was probably fully booked. Its a convenient stay for the beginning or end of your trip for good access to Krabi airport and everything else about the hotel and staff was good, but if you're given a room in the 6 block (our room was 6212) then ask to change, because we could smell drains all night in the room!"

"The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spacious and modern. I booked this hotel in Ao Nang mostly for the pool, but was disappointed that it closed so early, so by the time we had been out exploring for the day, the pool was often closed. I also thought the area was a little more chaotic than I was hoping for being situated in a busy touristy area, but it was within walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The closest beach was not the nicest and pretty dirty, but they did have a fire show each night which was fun to watch."

"Spacious, comfortable room with good facilities in working order. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have air con in restaurant room to be more comfortable eating. Pool area relaxing. Overall hotel seems fairly basic. Staff at reception were very polite and helpful, especially Sumsee. Great location. "
