Functional accomodation near the train station that is a good basis for exploring Antwerp and beyond. Standard kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms above shops on a main street. Walking distance to everything including shops, public transport and bike hire. Appartement windows can open, and there was a pedestal fan for hotter days.

Comfortable spacious apartment,with large tv with a lot of channels.King size bed and good shower,separate toilet which did have a poor smell.Little kitchen area with everything you could need,good WiFi as well.I do recommend phoning before you arrive to arrange to meet,it was slightly confusing where to go,all in all very happy with my stay quiet at night,and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Unidades em obras no prédio durante a estadia

Localização perfeita para conhecer tudo a pé, unidades confortaveis e staff bem responsivo. Tive problemas quando me solicitaram para mudar de unidade um dia antes do checkout pois haveriam obras a fazer no meu apartamento. No outro dia passei o dia inteiro com barulho de britadeira ecoando no apartamento e em todo prédio. Entendo que é uma boa opção, mas não dei sorte desta vez.

L'appartement était propre et accueillant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié les équipements ainsi que la localisation des lieux. Il est situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, de nombreux commerces et des transports en commun. Il n'y a pas d'accueil mais il suffit de contacter le numero qui se trouve dans l'annonce. La personne qui nous a acceuilli était très sympathique, souriante et professionnelle . Elle s'est vite rendue disponible dès que nous en avons eu besoin.

Very nice flat.

Very nice flat. We stay for a couple of nights during a longer trip and after staying in a couple of bad hotels it was nice to have somewhere good to stay and relax for a bit. The person renting was very nice a told us good spots to go around the city. Only thing I'd improve is maybe a few things like salt and pepper for cooking and tea to drink but maybe thats not allowed.

The apartment was clean (very chemical smell if you have allergies) and well situated. TV did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The duvet and 2 pillows were uncomfortable. The aprtment was very cold. Could not see how to turn on heat. The wifi had a limit on it. This was not in the description. I needed it for work. I ended up paying more for data than I did on for the apartment. Owner did not respond to texts.

Great for short stays

Great location, centrally located with easy access to train, shops, restaurants and many more. Apartment is in one of the back streets, quiet location, however the apartment have paper thin walls and you can hear neighbours.

Appartement très spacieux, propre et complet de tout. Pratique pour qui arrive en train car situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la Gare Centrale. Supermarchés proches de l'appartement. Pour la Cathédrale, compter une promenade d'une 20aine de minutes. Si vous avez des bagages, le jour du check-in / check-out (selon votre heure d'arrivée/départ) vous pouvez vous arranger avec Rev. Autrement, dans la Gare il y a un système très bien fait de casiers type coffre-fort (entre 4 et 6 euros/jour selon la taille).

The apartment we were given was actually the Very cozy apartment (per descriptions on Hotels.com), so I can't say whether the Renovated apartment is better or worse. There was a cleaning fee payable onsite, which was in the small print on the website, but I had not noticed. There was only 2 of everything in the cupboards, 2 glasses, 2 cups etc, so not much washing to be done and we would always clean up before we leave, I think any such fee should be embedded in the price. The location was convenient but the area feels a bit rough. Only a couple of mins walk to the more touristic part though. The zoo is also very close, right beside the train station. The stairs to the apartment were steep and long, no lift and the sliding door doesn't work between the living room and the bedroom. Having a separate sleeping area was a main reason for booking an apartment rather than a hotel. We had to contact the owner to find out how to work the water. The apartment was clean and roomy though and the owner was helpful in resolving issues and there was wifi and a decent selection of television channels.

This apartment is located in the middle of the bustling diamond district right opposite to the central station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the old town is within walking distance. There's no front desk to this apartment and arriving there with no one to help could be daunting. You need access to a phone so that you can call the booking office for someone to come and let you in. The attorney itself was quite adequate and self contained with a good kitchen. The bed was ordinary and not very comfortable.

Ruim appartement, mooie centrale ligging, aangename temperatuur, goed bed, heel redelijk geprojsd; een wat obscure ingang en wat karige voorzieningen (bijv geen zeep in de douche; ik heb de indruk dat de lokatiebeheerder wat verrast was dat ik een uurtje eerder kwam dan was aangekondigd; alle stekkers lagen er uit, inclusief die van de tv antenne; dat was een heel gezoek; ook bleek later dat ik een schakelaar in de meterkast moest omzetten om warm water te krijgen; daardoor geen warm water de eerste ochtend; de communicatie liep heel vlot, dus nadat ik gevraagd had was het vlot opgelost.

We arrived at the property and had a difficult time getting ahold of someone to let us in. The area felt a little unsafe and was ion a loud and busy street. The apartment itself was nicely renovated however the shower door was missing and the front room window did not close properly so all the street noise came in. The walk to center was about 20 minutes.

Convenient location

The apartment provides basic necessities. The kitchen is equipped for 4 people. There is a large sitting area and if sofa bed is placed, it will be ideal for a larger group of travelers. The toilet is basic. A separate bathroom is equipped with a newly renovated shower. However, the shower room has only 1 hook for clothes. The towel bars are not strongly installed to the wall. For unknown reason, the apartment has smell of cigarettes. Also, there are noise from the street and neighbours. We loved the convenience of the location so we didn’t mind the noise.
