The hotel staff were very helpful, and offered plenty of options for breakfast. "I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me ."

"The stay there was generally great. Good view from the accommodation, quiet and good breakfast. Service is nice, and efficient through WhatsApp. Only one issue is the last night of my stay there are termites. I know that they are not harmful, but the wings and worms dropped on my baggage. I don’t know if there are efficient and sustainable way to avoid this or not. Guess it might be a common issue living in old buildings. Overall, Ouro Preto is so nice, worth coming and living for some time."
