"Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was immaculate. It sat right on the water, with beautiful ocean views. The staff was so helpful, answering questions and arranged all of our transportation. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the resteraunt on site served the best grilled octopus we have ever had. We only stayed one night but I want to stay much longer. It was the perfect spot to stay before a cruise, I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful hotel."

"AVOID this hotel until Owners spend the money to install safes. We read other reviews that people had their money and personal items stolen but didn’t think it would happen to us. The problem is they do not have the air-conditioning on when you arrive and then when you are at the beach, the staff comes in and a large amount of money was taken from our room which was very disappointing as this was the beginning of our trip. "You have to call to contact front desk staff for check in/exit. Staff were friendly. But it feels like a rooming house and is 30 mins from the port."

"The location is not the best. Far from everything. No restaurants close by. Just pizzerias. About 20 minutes walk to restaurants. It was too hot to walk. Cabs 15 euros per person. The air conditioning was not the best. Barely cooled off the room. Staff tryed. the best to help Hotel charges 150 euros for shuttle to airport."
