There's a wonderful view from the rooftop terrace. The location is excellent, within the historic area, but not on a crowded street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I loved the shower head, it seemed new and lots of water pressure and hot water. We only stayed one night, 3 of us. The room was way too small for all of us. It may be more appropriate to have only the queen bed.

Great location, room not so.

FYI: School is right next to hotel and before 7 am you could hear students start coming on weekdays. Beds queen and king in room #8 are to close to each others in the space between them you could walk only sideways and at the parking space you have to leave your keys with the hotel staff if another car needs to leave. But the hotel is at a great location everything is close by Central Park,restaurants and other attractions

Overall, accommodation’s were fair to adequate. We stayed 6 nights and there were five of us (3 adults, 2 teens). Our room was very tight with limited space for storage or luggage, and a small bathroom. There is no AC, but a fan was provided. It rained one night and the skylight in the bathroom was leaking like a waterfall. It was so loud that it woke me up. This is more like a home which converted some rooms into a hotel type setting, but I think calling it a hotel is a stretch. Hosts were very kind and did best efforts at making guests comfortable. Linens were very clean and one day we came back to towel animals, which was cute. Terrace provides great views. Breakfast was traditional and the same every morning, which consisted of eggs, beans, fried plantains, cream and rolls. Wish there was more diversity and options for breakfast.

Nothing mind blowing with the place. More like a home with few rooms converted to hotel. Room was tight with a small bathroom. Hosts were nice. Breakfast is the same every day and was traditional Guatemalan. More option would have been nice.

Once I arrived to the property, there was a guy laying on the couch which turned out to be the hotel worker. I mentioned I had a reservation and he quickly denied and said he did not have any reservations for me without checking his data. I showed him my Expedia confirmation on my phone and that is when he got up to check his notebook and saw that I did in fact have a reservation. Also, check out shows as 1pm on Expedia but he said that was inaccurate and it is really 12pm and it was not possible to stay after that check out time.
