Good Hotel (Antigua) was a 10/10. The hotel was super clean, the staff was super attentive & my stay felt very welcoming. The best part about this is that the proceeds go towards children in need. I will definitely be staying at this hotel if I visit Guatemala again.

Room needed air conditioning, also it was noisy around the area, and between the rooms. A lady kept watching reels and then music late at night, and at some point I had to leave my room to ask for the reception to contact her and ask her to turn it off. She did, and the staff did it promptly. But you can hear everything from other rooms, and outside. Overall good and very aesthetic and clean hotel. Nice staff. Very nice.

The hotel was beautiful. Turris staff was amazing. I came back from exploring to find the room decorated for my birthday. Did not even mention to them that it was. The personal touches are amazing. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The place itself was nice but the staff really put it over the top. Thank you for an amazing stay

Easily one of the nicest most pristine hotels in Antigua. Close to everything with excellent staff and a wonderful service ethos (part of your rate supports Good Hotel's NGO which educates 500 children a year at a local school. Nice Euro MCM vibe in the middle of an intriguing colonial gem.

The good hotel offers fabulous accommodations, comfy beds, fantastic restaurant adjacent where we had all of our breakfast and late lunches and location is superb- walking distance to everything fascinating to see in Antigua! We will be back!

A great hotel that exceeded our expectations. We booked a mezzanine room, which was very spacious and definitely worth the small amount extra. The communal areas in the hotel are great to spend time relaxing, and the adjoining restaurant was perfect for breakfast (if we’d had more time, would have tried for lunch / dinner). An excellent stay overall and I would recommend without hesitation!

It was a charming hotel in the middle of bustling Antigua. The hotel itself was clean and picturesque with a beautiful garden running through the middle of it. I slept like a baby in the room; and the fixtures were incredible too. I highly recommend this hotel!
