"Hotel was empty, basically i had the hotel to myself for the duration of my stay, receptionist turned up around 9am and left at 6pm, no one around incase of emergencies, based in the old town and very close to everything, shops, restaurants, taxi room smelt from the shower drwin, hence why there was a can of disinfectant spray, overall a pleaent stay, "

"Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

"Stayed for 5 nights, first encounter was very pleasant with a welcoming glass of bubbly. The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great. "Nobody was at the property to check us in. The caretaker from another house came to help to open an apartment for us. Apartment was dirty, not cleaned after last visit. No sign of staff to look after the property. No electricity and no hot water. No beddings, no bed sheets or covers. No towels present. No communication no sign of anyone with the intent to host us. Expensive for a dirty property without power and hot water."
