"Very nice hotel "

"I love this hotel. I stayed here last year for a few weeks and I am back again this year. The front desk staff, guest services, house keeping and restaurant staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They are kind and always smiling even when it's Ramadan and they are fasting. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has tons of good food, from a huge selection of cheese to herbs, vegetables and cold cuts along side custom omelets and plenty of variety of hot foods. "Great breakfast! The room was amazing. We were in the annex building and it was spacious, beautifully decorated like a home. Bonus was the exposed wall and inscription from the 13th century. Like stepping into a bit of history!"

"I am a returning customer. Went there last time and loved the whole experience. This time it didn't meet expectation. Specially the food. They have reduced food items. And the quality of food has kinda went down too. May be they need to look into it. Increase items for lunch and dinner. Everything else was good. We had some issue and they sorted it out straight away. "

"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "

"I loved everything about here, it’s very clean. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are amazing, but I wish that all staff members knew English language but overall it is a very good quality hotel. It is a little bit pricey, but I will choose Hilton forever."
