"We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay."

Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good."

"The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road. The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice. However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. "The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). "There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive. The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative. No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities"
