"This is an excellent location, about 15-20 minutes outside of Galway. The room was clean, included two twins and was comfortable. We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. There was parking for about 6-8 vehicles in the back, we didn't have trouble finding a space but the lot was full each morning. "We only stayed for one night, but what a great experience. The hosts, Ann and Michael were wonderful. They waited for us (we checked in late), gave us good suggestions for a quick dinner in town. We decided to have breakfast with them the next day and that was soooo worth it. Amazing spread and choices of food. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The hotel is right on the Connemara coast and makes for a great getaway. It is about a 20 minute drive west from Galway. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast services were both fantastic. I would stay there again."

"Hotel was very nice overall. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant / bar area was very nice, although the food itself was average at best. The staff was as helpful as possible. At night the girl serving as hostess was also the one who checked us in. Although the hotel wasn't in the heart of the main shopping, restaurant and pub area it was a quick taxi ride to get there. Parking on site was very convenient."

"AMAZING location. Great for if you’re planning on hitting the town and want somewhere near night life and super walkable. Ambiance from the Latin Quarter was great. Saw reviews of it being too loud, but it was really quiet with the windows closed so not sure what that’s all about. Very nice staff and good continental breakfast. Absolutely would recommend"

"Room was clean and the staff were great to us. Hotel’s location was also great. 5 minute walk to the city centre, train, bus station, and Lidl (supermarket). Only thing that could have been better is a little bench for luggage and possibly another chair. We were two people so it would get crammy at times. Also, the walls are thin. Everything can be heard from the hallway. Luckily we had a corner room so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, we would definitely come to the Dean again!"

"Great hotel for the price. Clean, new, good bed and shower, nice size room, decent restaurant, helpful staff, and ample free parking underground so no issue with getting in and out with the rain. Although it’s outside the center of the city, it has some shopping and restaurants around and has a Spar on site."

"Rezeption leider sehr überfordert bei den kleineren Anfragen. Nicht mal eine Gabel/Löffel konnte man uns leihen. Sauberkeit im Bad sowie im Schlafraum hätte durchaus besser sein können. (Seifenreste vom Vorgänger in der Dusche und teils noch Staub von Bauarbeiten)"
