"Beautiful updated room- once we were able to find it. AC worked well. Would not have been able to find where to go without the videos they send- but videos showing location were excellent and they were very responsive. The check in is difficult but we luckily were given a physical room key when we picked up our luggage from storage. Bit of a walk if you’re in tower B and confusing to find the correct elevators. Our room key was then not working on the elevators and other guests had to get us to...

"The place is very convenient nearby metro station, shopping and many restaurants. The place is a lot smaller than we expected, we barely have enough room to move around for two average size of people. But we put up with it due to the location and cleanliness."

"Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room."
