The property was really good, well maintained and clean and the staff was really nice and friendly. Especially the breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Overall a very good experience.

Its a good location, Restaurants and a lot of stores around , 7 minutes walking to get the bus to the Airport. Nice buffet breakfast with fruits, salads, eggs, juice, coffee. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This hotel was nice with a great Turkish buffet. Free parking. Staff spoke English and were very accommodating. Would stay again. They do have an elevator and suggest staying above the main floor as they are busy at all hours and it can get loud with late night family gatherings and dining room setup.

Excellent place to stay in Ankara

Staff members were extra courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal. My slight complain, which is beyond their control, was loud music in the neighborhood until late hours.

Quick trip to Ankara

Only one night in this hotel. Very happy with my choice. Central location, lot of restaurants, bars nearby. Very polite service, nice and modern rooms. Highly recommended.

The hotel was well priced well located and extremely pleasant, however the biggest drawback is that Ankara is not like other capital cities, not much for the tourist unlesd you like archaeology?

Has it very nice selection if restaurants around. Don’t need a car if ur staying here, most places are classes. Metro station is about a 5-10 min walk.

The hotel location is excellent. Nearby is a lot of restaurants. The breakfast have a wide variety of food. The staff can speak some English, which is good for us. The room was spacious and clean. There is no laundry service as advertise, but the hotel did point to a laundry about 150 meter from the hotel. Ankara Grand Mosque is within walking distance 10 min or so.

We recently stayed at this hotel for over 12 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and hospitable. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining our room, ensuring it was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The front desk staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The biggest issue was the constant loud music throughout the night, from the restaurant nearby that kept me up. One of our rooms had the electricity go out, which made us switch rooms. In the second room they gave us, the power went out again in the middle of the night. Biggest issues that really ruined our stay was the music at night and the power going out twice.

Was dropped by the x2 police officer right at the front door of the hotel as was seeking confirmation for direction. Very nice of them. Friendly hotel staff, English speaking and using Google translate. Elevator to reach all floors, stayed on 5th floor, view over street. Train and bus station about 30mins walk along good footpath and flat terrain. Location is good, middle of town. Not sure if direct bus to station. Hotel having renovation, so dusty in room. A little on outdated shower room. Bed double (looked like king size) comfortable. Very minimal noise around. Had to ask front desk about TV- remote had a good work out from previous users. But worked at the end. Nil English speaking channels or cable. Buffet breakfast acceptable and included in price of room. Typical Turkish breakfast.

The staff are great but it needs more work.

The staff were excellent but the hotel has only been open 3 weeks and needs more work yet. We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy from the restaurant next door, cars going in and out of the garage, the banging of doors in the corridor. There were light fittings missing in the ceiling and one light fitting hanging down. We had to ask for the cleaner to service the room as it hadn’t been done. While I would love to give it a better rating as the staff are trying really hard it’s not possible with all the things that still need to be fixed.
