My stay was an absolute pleasure! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was quite good too, definitely a nice way to start the day. What I appreciates most was the hotel’s cozy atmosphere; since it’s not too big, it stays peaceful and quiet. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Great gent at reception

Our stay was great overall. Check in was a little disappointing however the gentlemen apologised and really went above and beyond to help us enjoy the rest of our stay. He was particularly excellent in supporting us with a problem we had online regarding our travel arrangements. Cannot thank him enough!

the staff were pretty friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Furkan and Ozer, they made us feel that we are at home while we are away from home! Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in our room and we had to change our room at midnight. Even though they tried to help us, our room was downgraded due to lack of availability. On the other hand the breakfast buffet was quite nice and delicious and fresh!

Die Unterkunft war im ganzen eig. Gut. Hier einmal die Pros: - Zimmer war gut eingerichtet - Klima hat gut gekühlt - Frühstück hat ausreichend an Varianten für jedermann etwas gehabt. Es gab genügend abwechslungsreiches warme wie kalte Speisen - Hotel hat eigene Garage in der man Problemlos sein Auto durch einen Vale abstellen lassen kann - Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuss ein paar Minuten entfernt erreichbar - direkt 10 m ist eine Metro - Personal war sehr nett Contra: - Die Zimmer waren mit Teppich ausgelegt, was für Allergiker nicht so geeignet ist. Dadurch war die Luft auch sehr trocken im Zimmer - Die Teppiche wurden während unseren Aufenthaltes leider such nicht einmal abgesaugt. - Das es statt eine Dusche eine Badewanne war, war nicht so vorteilhaft, da der ein und Ausstieg in diese sehr gefährlich und nicht gut durchdacht wurde. Aber im großen und ganzen war die Unterkunft angenehm. Leider nicht vergleichbar, wie andere Mercure Unterkünfte, was mich etwas enttäuscht hatte.

Güzel ama sıcak ve gürültülü

Oteli konumu gereği işimize yakın olduğu için tercih ettik. Kızılayda hemen her yere yürüme mesafesi zaten. Otoparkı olması çok iyi kesinlikle. Ama odası o kadar sıcaktı ki klima falan hiç işe yaramadı anlamadım camları açmak zorunda kaldık o da sokağın tüm gürültüsü içerideydi. Odanın camları da çok iyi değil kapalı bile olsa acayip ses geliyordu. Yastıklarını ben beğenmedim çoook ince rahat edemedik yani ama genel olarak temiz estetik güzel bir oda

Herşeyi ile mükemmeldi. Dört günlük aile seyahatimiz için daha iyisi olamazdı. Konfor, temizlik, lezzet, güler yüz... Araç kullanmayacaksanız kapının önünde Ankaray Demirtepe istasyonu. Schönes rihuges Hotel nahe am Kizilayplatz. Fussläufig in 7 min zu erreichen. Zimmer gemütlich vorallem die betten. Das Hoten eine Tiefgarage, die kostenlos ist. Das Auto wird vom Concierge geparkt. Frühstück war sehr lecker. das Hotel ist zu empfehlen
