It was very good experience for me to stay here with my family. The staff was very polite. Specially the recepsionist person Mr. Hakan was very helpful for us during our stay. We are thankful to him and Divan family. Thanks again.

The hotel was very nice, but expensive. Also the Expedia website showed breakfast availability during the booking process, and when we check in, there was no breakfast included. That a confusing for customers. I am not happy with Expedia this time.

I highly recommend this hotel. The spa and wellness facilities were great: very clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel (it was a decent experience), but we particularly liked the small patisserie and the pub. We bought a cake from the patisserie for my daughter's birthday. The patisserie and pub staff were very helpful in organising a small celebration. Special thanks to Mr Halis at the pub for being so helpful and kind. Also, thanks to the staff at the reception.

Wir haben uns angefühlt, als ob wir Stars wären. Wir wurden so nett begrüßt, dass wir uns gegenseitig angeguckt haben, was hier gerade passiert. Als wir mit dem Auto angekommen sind und gefragt haben, wo wir parken dürfen, hat alles begonnen. Für uns wurde das Auto geparkt und alle vier Koffer vom Auto rausgebracht und ins Zimmer gebracht. Später kam noch im Zimmer ein herzlich willkommen Brief mit kleinen türkischen Delight Süßigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Einfach nur super TOP Hotel mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.

Odamız çok sıcaktı. Merkezi sistem ısıtma soğutma olduğundan oda sıcaklığını kendimiz ayarlayamadık. Pencereler tam açılmadığından havalanmayan odada 2 gece uyuyamadık sıcaktan. Durumu konuşsam da çözüm bulunamadı. Hizmet iyi ama bina eski olduğundan sorun yaşandığını düşünüyorum.

Otelin çok yoğun olması sebebiyle geç giriş yapabildim ama bunu telafi etmek için odamı upgrade etmişler, lobi görevlileri de restoran çalışanları da çok kibar ve yardımcılar. Glutensiz beslendiğimi önceden söylemeyi unutmuş olmama rağmen bana alternatif sunmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve yardımcı oldular. Yemekler de okdukça iyiyidi. Oda temizliği ve otel personeli de çok yardımseverdi.
