"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

"Beds were comfortable and room spacious. Three of us booked a room and there was only one coffee cup, one sugar, one coffee puck. We asked for more coffee and the front desk person told us that a women comes at 6am to replenish. We finally asked the same person who came to give us new towels for coffee supplies and he obliged. Get somebody at the front desk who wants to be there and is an engaged employee.
There was no basic housekeeping..empty garbage, replace towels."

"The property and rooms were generally clean, but unfortunately, the bedding was disappointing. There were visible hairs on the pillows and the bed itself, which made me question whether the bedding was being properly changed and washed between guests. Clean bedding is very important for comfort and hygiene, so this was concerning.
Also, the location was farther from the city centre than I expected. We were visiting Montreal for a concert at the Bell Centre, and the property was approximately...

"Hotel Broussard was a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the food was satisfactory. I also appreciated the well-preserved building, which has an elegant, fancy appearance reminiscent of another era. The exterior could use a bit of sprucing up, and there are a few areas that could be improved, but overall, I had a pleasant experience."
