"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數"

"First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. "Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
