"Everything was spotless, super comfortable, quiet, delicious, easy, accommodating, communicative pleasant. Out of ten it would be a twenty. 20/10. Absolutely floored with the very very reasonable price for the room. Double queen sized beds. So comfortable and clean and warm. Perfection the whole stay. "

"The room was clean and very nice. The continental breakfast was nice with hot potatoes, eggs and sausages, plus all sorts of other food and great coffee. The service overall was excellent and we would stay here again for sure!"

"Staff is just amazing!! Front desk manager if 10 stars. We stayed 2 nights and at times felt we were in a cozy ski chalet. Some folks may write not so nice reviews of this hotel.. however… it is not the Ritz Carlton… if that’s what you are expecting stay somewhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked a microwave but it was just down the hall. The breakfast was basic .. but included!!! Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. If you NEED more than that… McDonalds is right across the street. This cozy “inn” is in a great location in salmon arm. For the price.. you get what you get … we will definitely stay here again if we need to be in Salmon Arm!! Again.. cannot say enough about the front desk manager!! "
