He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying. "

"The hotel was cute and the Wi-Fi environment was excellent. However, the reason I gave the lowest rating is because of the disappointing response from the hotel staff. When I returned to my room and opened my toothbrush case in the bathroom, a cockroach came in through a gap. At that moment, I asked the hotel staff to change my room, but they refused. The staff told me they had removed the cockroach from my room, so I felt relieved. However, when I opened the bathroom trash bin, I found the cockroach inside. It seems the staff did not throw it outside but simply put it in the room’s trash bin. When I tried to discuss it further, they told me, “We don’t want to change the room for you,” so I left with a very unpleasant feeling. I understand that in Cambodia, it is natural for insects to exist. But lying to guests is a different matter. It was extremely unpleasant."
