concierge good they do well, food is good room is good for my day I sleep well coz I’m so tired on my trip. Evening time brush and use basin is choke - move us to horrible room noisy aircon bus trycicle even next room here they shower midnight that’s my nightmare I experience in room 211 suggest only they should separately oversea booking to daily booking special d room if guest can sleep well or not as we pay correctly.

I have been to this proprty three time this past year and no matter which online travel agent I use the hotel can never locate my reservation. This time they gave my room away and gave me a different room smelling of cigarettes. They need an IT person to fix their computers so that customers won't be treated like this. The plumbing is poor, doesn't flush properly, and the the sewer smell emanates from the drains.

Fantastic location, staff and rooms !!!!! Have been in the Philippines many times and this was my first time in SOGO, and will not be our last. From JoJo To Rolle, they make sure your stay will be trouble free.

I am PWD and all the worker here is very accomodating. They help me around with everything I need, also they are very friendly. Thank you everyone. I will tell all my family to stay here if they needed a hotel.

Receptionist got confused as my sister went to check in as I couldn’t make it to the trip. They’ve also charged her for dental kits when she asked but it’s supposed to be included for staying for 7 nights which was later corrected by a staff member. They’ve also called her that she got 20 mins to check out when it’s only Monday and check out is Wednesday. I think staff needs more training and improving customer service.

Reservation was canceled without my consent.

Not very happy to arrive and my reservation was cancelled. Hotel was booked and we had to wait for rooms. Had to pay again for the rooms, even though I paid in full one month in advance for one room. Then we had one room with no shower. I need a refund. I was not able to use the reservation,as it was canceled by you or your agent.

I have bad impression of this hotel. Although I make advanced booking but I have to wait for more tgan half an hour to allow me to check in while those who are walk in are allows to check in immediately. It was a bad experience for me and I feel like I'm being marginalized. I paid for something I don't deserved.

Hotel has serious problems

WIFI is very hard to access except in lobby. was in 3 rooms, 1st toilet and floor drains did not flush or drain, 2nd room no WIFI, 3rd floor drained good but toilet did not flush enough to clear turds. Got there and checked ok N/P. there is 2 hotels in one, walk in where I stayed because I didn't know about drive in. Was told by new night time manager that the drive in WIFI was much better. All 3 rooms A/C worked good but after being gone all day, upon return rooms had a strong odor of mildew. They were renovating, patching trim and painting walls, not fixing drainage problems and WIFI. After you connect to WIFI if you were able to you had to connect to the internet, good luck staying connected. In the 3rd room the shower side of the toilet was disgusting.In all the rooms there was alight that could not be turned off(I unscrewed the bulb). In lobby very clean and all staff were very nice. When I checked out they told me I owed 11+ peso's. I told them I prepaid the reservation with Orbitz. When I arrived for check in I gave them my receipt from Orbitz. To get it straightened out they had to call a supervisor.
