"Nice place all around. Great views. Only real complaints would be the temp of the room. No matter what it was a sweat box until we found out we could get a fan so that helped. WiFi didn't work in the room. Maybe not as big of a deal to others but when you need WiFi to call or FaceTime it's helpful. "We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "
