The cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of bed and toiletries for guests to use are top shelf. I highly recommend this hotel to any one. It is also especially safe for any single women to stay without worry."

"Hotel, piezas, SPA, servicio, restaurante. Todo muy bien. Lo único que NECESITAN CON URGENCIA mejorar son las mantenciones del aire acondicionado. Morimos de calor la primera noche, dormimos pésimo. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que fue lo mismo (en ese punto ya desistimos porque asumimos que era un problema generalizado). Me parece que en un hotel como este, no tener un A/C en PERFECTO estado destiñe exageradamente...es ridículo. Fuera de eso me ENCANTÓ el hotel."

"Lo unico malo es que nos indicaron que la cena en restaurante era hasta las 11pm y cuando fuimos a cenar, nos indicaron que era para room service, luego preguntamos sobre el bar y ahí recién sugirieron que también podíamos ordenar y comer en la barra"
