I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. Charged $500 per room each night, over priced.

The hotel was pet friendly which I can appreciate however if you don't like the smell of pets, the aroma could be a little overwhelming.

I was expecting a nice hotel for the price I paid $270 for one night with a single queen mattress and box springs on the floor, it was very minimal.
2 pillows, one blanket, no coffee pot in the room, no complimentary breakfast, clean but very disappointing. I expected more for the price.

Hotel was brand new. That being said there were a lot of issues. Multiple lights didn't work in room, cords hanging down under the nightstand. No towels or wash clothes in room at check in. I have a service dog and they still charged me 100.00 for my dog. Not a deposit, they actually charged 100.00. I would not recommend this hotel for people with service animals or this is more of an extended stay type place not for comfortably.

The room was clean and nothing was in disrepair but check in from start to finish was a nightmare. Check in time was listed at 11am on the reservation, however, we were informed that they would not check us in until 3pm. We arrived at 2:45 to a line of people ready to check in as there was a very large concert happening that evening. As we began waiting in line, we were informed by the "manager" that the rooms would not be ready for people to check in and most of us would have to come back later and she then disappeared and then left the man at the front desk to check in 30+ people by himself. The front desk man told us they were "short staffed' and they couldn't clean the rooms fast enough for the influx of guests -- this concert has been scheduled for months so they KNEW they would have an influx of check ins on this particular day and they were not prepared for it. The manager was very nasty and only came back to the front desk one additional time to tell everyone that they would probably have to wait until after the concert to check in at a kiosk (because the front desk would not be staffed) because the rooms would not be ready. She eventually started checking in guests for the few rooms they did have available but was very nasty, slamming things around and snatching papers.

I reserved my room a month before my stay as some friends and I were attending a concert nearby. I was told I could do an early check-in at 11 am for both rooms (have an email to verify). When we got there at noon, the man at the desk dismissed me, pointed to the placard on the wall, and told me check-in was at 3 pm. He then walked away while I was trying to explain myself. I returned at 2:30 pm, and there was already a line in the lobby (I was fifth in line). A very rude woman, who identified herself as the Assistant General Manager, stood at the front desk and told everyone waiting (30+ People) that there were 60 rooms checking in and that not all of us were going to be able to get a room. (Everyone already had a reservation) When I finally got to the desk, an hour and a half later, I was told I didn't have a room, and they could not guarantee I would get a room after returning from the concert. I asked to speak to the GM. She refused to come to the lobby and assist all of us there. After several people walked out and cancelled their reservations, they said I would finally get a room. This left my travel companions and me less than 20 minutes to get ready for the concert. When I entered my room, the window was open, and the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. My friends said their room smelled as well. Overall, a frustrating and awful experience. Was completely dismissed and pretty much told that it sucks to suck, deal with it.

Expedia listing says check in time is at 11am, it is at 3 pm. The manager was rude and came off as unapproachable. I had booked this hotel several weeks prior and no clean rooms were available when I went to check in. Very unprofessional. 50+ people were getting ready for a concert in the hotel lobby because there were no available rooms. Management did not offer to rectify the situation. No reimbursement was offered in attempt to make ammends for the lack of preparation/organization.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. Made reservations months ago. Arrive there and they did not have enough rooms. So basically told us to take a hike. They might have something around 10pm. Mind you check in is 3pm. Then when we finally get the room the bed is the most uncomfortable thing in the world with 2 rocks as pillows. On top of that they charged $32 more than they should have instead even though they over booked and didn’t let us check in until 10:30pm. Couldn’t even speak to management because everything was through a virtual kiosk after like 6pm, and we were gone by 6am because of how horrible the room was.

New hotel that is an extended stay limited amenities given you have a kitchen there are no supplies is plates cups utensils in the room beds are not comfortable though hotels new do it was clean all doors are locked even main entrance during the day have to be buzzed in upon arrival and provide sign a lot of paperwork website charges and check in times are incorrect

My 2 children and I arrived to the property late, around 11pm after a 5 hour drive. I had booked the room 2+ weeks in advance with the “pay at the property” option. We gathered our belongings and entered the hotel to be greeted by a kiosk with and an off property rep. After scanning my ID she informed me the the hotel was overbooked and the front desk had canceled our reservation. I did not get a phone call or email to inform me. We needed to find another hotel in the middle of the night and pay more. Very disappointed. I’ve arrived late to many hotels with the same payment selection and have never had this problem. I also hated the idea of the kiosk and not have that extra layer of hospitality and security ON PROPERTY.

This was my first stay in a pet friendly hotel so maybe this is average but the room stank of dogs no matter how much air freshener I sprayed. Also not enough towels, not enough pillows, no coffee to be found in the room or the lobby, loud all night just from average activities (normal convo, doors opening etc)-overall kind of disappointing but at least it was convenient and it’s a newer building.
